Retreat - Connecting to the Heart - Wednesday the 18th of September

Through guided mediations, fire ceremony, breathwork and connecting to nature mediations we explore ways to appreciate our individuality, nurture ourselves and gain the courage to live the life we choose.  This is a day to dissolve our busy minds and settle into our hearts.  This is an exclusive opportunity in the beautiful Patthana Garden to embark on a journey to nurture your body, heart and soul.   This day will help you find love and courage in your heart, and with a renewed sense of respect for our individuality to return home with serenity and a sense of well-being.
